VASCULAR DISEASE CENTER
The Fox Valley Cardiovascular Consultants Vascular Disease Center offers:

Minimally Invasive Vascular Intervention
This procedure opens blocked blood vessels to the legs, kidneys and elsewhere in the body without surgery.

Non-Invasive Vascular Lab
Full equipped vascular labs for non-invasive (no needles) testing to determine if a patient requires treatment. Available at Rush-Copley Heart Institute and Highland locations.

Cardiovascular Services
Diagnosis, management and treatment of co-existing heart disorders.

Open and Endovascular Surgery
This surgical procedure creates a detour around a narrow or blocked part of an artery by attaching another blood vessel taken from elsewhere in the body.

Treatment of Blood Vessel Disorders
Many times we can manage cases with medication and/or lifestyle changes such as exercise, making changes in your diet, stopping all tobacco use and controlling diabetes.

Dialysis Access Treatment
Before you can receive dialysis (a treatment for failing kidneys), surgery is required to create an access to allow blood to flow rapidly to and from the dialysis machine.

Clinical Research Trials
To advance the care of people with vascular disease and to be able to offer the best treatment options available, FVCC physicians participate in clinical research programs in collaboration with Fox Valley Clinical Research Center.

Community-based educational screenings and programs
Fox Valley Cardiovascular Consultants offers ankle-brachial index screenings and lectures about vascular disease to the community.
