A 12-week program focuses on building skills for increasing activity and eating a healthier diet. The program sessions are interactive and individualized to help participants overcome their specific exercise and diet obstacles to achieve optimal heart health. Click here for more information.
Free Heart Risk Profile
The Women’s Heart Foundation of Greater Chicago offers this free assessment as an initial way for you and your family to learn more about their heart health. Click here to take your FREE HEART RISK PROFILE
Cholesterol Screenings
A $50 screening which includes total, HDL, LDL and triglyceride results, a free heart heart risk profile and a brief visit with a specialty nurse.
Stress Test Screening
This $150 package includes exercise treadmill test, cholesterol panel, risk profile and brief visit with a registered nurse.
Vascular Screening
Disease of the arteries and the veins knows no limits. Receive an ultrasound screening of neck and abdomen and blood flow test for legs. $35 each or all three for $99.
