New Location In Yorkville
Convenient Access to Quality Cardiology Services:
New Clinic Opening in Yorkville
As of October 3, 2008, we are pleased to announce the enhancement of our services to the greater Kendall County area through the opening of expanded cardiology clinics in Yorkville.
The following general schedule will be available throughout the year:
o Jaweed Sayeed, MD Monday AM
o Santosh Gill, MD Monday PM
o Vijay Shah, MD Wednesdays All Day
o Claire Anderson, APN Fridays All Day
In addition to cardiology consultation, we will be providing:
• Pacer & Device Checks: Second Monday of each month
• Cardiac Diagnostics: Echocardiography and carotid ultrasound on Wednesdays
• EKG and ABI services are available on each clinic day
