SERVICE OVERVIEW
At Fox Valley Cardiovascular Consultants, our goal is to provide you with the most complete and current menu of cardivascular services. Since patient convience is top priority, we offer our services in several different settings and at a variety of locations.
Depenging on the location, you may receive a bill from FVCC, from the hospital or both. These include:
Office-Based Services:
Cardiology consultation, nursing clinics and outpatient diagnostic testing services are provided in our office locations. Patients will receive a bill for services directly from FVCC.
Hospital-Based Services:
Inpatient consultation, diagnostic testing and cardiac catheterization, angioplasty and stenting are performed at any of the area hospitals. Patients will normally see a bill from both their FVCC doctor (for their professional services) and from the hospital (for its hospital or facility charges).
